Back in the summer we attended a family corn roast out at my Aunt and Uncles farm. They have a huge garden that they grow just about everything in! The kids loved it!!! My Aunt Laurel let them go into the garden to pick zucchini's... Jonah got a little pick-happy and picked the smallest watermelon I've ever seen. He was SO proud of himself, Laurel didn't have the heart to tell him it wasn't ripe. It did however, inspire this recipe.

Ingredients (For 2 large smoothies)
2 cups of watermelon (Seeded and chunked)
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 lemon (juice of)
1/4 cup of fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of water
Puree all together in a blender, serve with a sprig of fresh mint.
